The Finished Product....( for the most part ) :)

Here are some final photos taken by our good friend and excellent photographer, David A. Lee.  I believe he has captured the best that 'Juanita Verde' has to offer.  We are very happy about how things have turned out and were featured in the Desert Sun ( our local paper ) in an article about greening a Mid Century Home in the desert. Here's to greening a few more !

We.. I know it's been months  ( eek ) officially since I've update this blog.  I'm going to post a whole bunch of finished photos of the house, landscaping, pool, patio etc....  Hope you enjoy the view !

Progress outside

Here are a few pics of the exterior with the colors up that we are using.....still in the primer stage, but you get the idea and the prep work involved for the old tongue and groove eaves.

More Progress....

A few more shots of the bathrooms.....the 1st is the  guest bath with the in wall dual flush toilet and ModWalls glass mosaic tile.  The remainder are of the master bath is various stages..with and without shower glass and the recycled glass pebble floors.  The new vanity installed with Icestone counters and low VOC cabinetry.

Progress

 Finally some pictures as we are today.  Here is a brief look at where we are with the house.  Kitchen is finished with the exception of some lighting and a panel for the freezer.  Everything looks and works great and we are very happy with the results.  Still trying to figure out back splash materials, but it's always a work in progress....

The Inside at Last.....

Getting close to the final pieces of the house over the last couple of weeks.  Tile, cabinets, paint and fixtures are being finalized.

In these shots you'll see the floors being tiled along with one shot of the master bath getting shower tile.

Our beautiful Neil Kelly kitchen is getting it's final touches this week and you can see that partial installation below as well.

Well.....just a quick update here to share the completion of the exterior stucco.  We had to do alot of new exterior wall replacement after adding insulation and new windows.  Now everything is patched in and ready for paint !  Check out the process above.
